|02 R+M / Suttner and the non-return valves ST-264 pursue a goal by giving one direction!
By using non-return valves in the systems engineering the flow direction of the medium is determined. The flow is automatically locked in one flow direction. In the cleaning industry this is normally effected by means of spring load.
Non-Return valves are mainly used in the car wash sector and in the stationary plant engineering. R+M / Suttner provides you with five different versions of the non-return valve ST-264.
They vary in the size of the connecting thread as they are available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". Furthermore, they also differ in the chosen materials and the maximum permissible working pressures. Both the working pressures and the indication of the flow direction are engraved on the housing in order to ease the fitting process.
The non-return valves with the housing made out of brass are suitable for pressures up to 150 bar. The ones completely made out of stainless steel are even designed for pressures up to 400 bar. All of them are equipped with guided pistons made out of stainless steel 1.4571. The aerodynamically efficient piston guide cages of the 1/4" and 3/8" versions are made out of fibre-glass reinforced plastic.
The high quality stainless steel spring for the spring load of the non-return valve makes especially low opening pressures of 0.05 to 0.1 bar possible. The maximum medium temperature is 90 °C.

|03 TORNADOR-Gun - cleaning wonder for applications in the professional interior and exterior car wash
The new cleaning wonder the so called TORNADOR-Gun ensures the most professional and efficient interior and exterior cleaning of all kinds of dirt in the car wash sector.
From now on strenuous manual work together with different cleaning agents are not necessary anymore as the TORNADOR-Gun removes chocolate on seats, dirt in ventilation ducts and also brake dust on wheel rims by its technically mature technology.
Thereby, it generates the cleaning efficiency of a rotary cutter - only a permanent compressed air connection for minimum 8 bar and a suitable cleaning agent are required and necessary. By the needed low water volume and the effect in depth of the dirt a speedy drying of the surfaces is guaranteed!

Exhibition marathon in May gives promising chances for the future
We enjoyed our business trip to the exhibitions in the USA, in Poland and Italy as we really had a busy pleasant and successful time. Now, we are back home and dealing with many new tasks which need to be realized step by step.
All of the three participations confirmed as already the automechanika in Frankfurt in September 2010 did that we have successfully succeeded in setting new standards in the professional cleaning industry by introducing the high pressure hose CARWASH COMFORT (pdf-file) - the hose wonder in self-service washing bays. We noticed to our great delight that more and more well-known manufacturers rely on the "original". We dared to change from rubber and wire hoses to light, highly flexible plastic hoses with high-tensile polyester reinforcing which are extremely resistant to chemicals.
Who could have told us before that we would have great success in introducing this hose wonder after only one year? We are very proud about having set new standards as our hose wonder has turned out to be a top seller. In this case we could state having had a really good nose!

...that using the right high pressure nozzle saves a lot of time and water at the same time.
It is advisable to choose the right nozzle size and the applied spray angle according to the distance from the object to be cleaned. We suggest relying on a nozzle of high quality. If we were you, we would choose one of the first-class nozzles offered by the leading manufacturers from our range of products. These two criteria do not only help you to be entirely satisfied with this product and to trust in a reliable and quick application, but also to make a considerable contribution to the environmental relief. Finally, you save a lot of water and money due to the economy of time!
Please note the following: The higher the punctual force of spraying impact the bigger the surface to be cleaned! In order to achieve this result you can count on blasting nozzles which are also called rotating nozzles. This type of nozzle realizes the desired success!
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that also components such as high pressure nozzles need to be checked and maintained at regular intervals. Therefore, we suggest to inspect your nozzles oftener than only once in a year and to replace them, if required. It is proven that 30 % of lacks in performance caused by wear cannot be identified by inspecting the nozzle and the jet with the naked eye. But, however the qualitative and quantitative cleaning result normally informs about the nozzle`s condition.
