01 News Suttner completely in R+M look - web site in a new design The most important strategic decision in the history of R+M was with no doubt taken with the merger with our then supplier and manufacturer Suttner GmbH near to Bielefeld. Since that time we have been continuously working on an unitary "CI" Corporate Identity and "CD" Corporate Design. We set great store by an unitary appearance of the company group R+M / Suttner on the market so that both companies are recognizable at first sight. This is a very time-consuming process as numerous areas have to be coordinated. With effect from today you see Suttner completely in R+M look - www.suttner.net in a new design! The new page immediately reveals the shared identity of our company group. The division of the categories with concise contents is clearly represented so that it is guaranteed that you easily find what you are looking for. You are invited to learn everything this very day. This was the first step - the second one would be to create a joint page for the company group R+M / Suttner. We are anxious to cope with this task as soon as possible. After having received this email, your personal copy is sent to you together with the next consignment from 15 October 2009 onwards. easywash365+ elbow swivels replace the previous ones from R+M Before releasing the new easywash365+ elbow swivels we have extensively tested if they entirely come up to our standard. The response is a resounding "yes". It goes without saying that we would not introduce them to you if the test results did not come up to our complete satisfaction. The design engineers working at Suttner are very proud of the fact that product tests carried out under extreme conditions have been stopped only at 300,000 cycles. That is to say that this result helps us to be significantly above average on the market. If you would ask us, we could not tell you anybody else offhand who can keep up with us regarding these test results. The easywash365+ elbow swivels totally made out of stainless steel replace both R+M versions, the stainless steel as well as the chromed brass ones. They are available either in 1/4" F / M or 3/8" F / M. Two high performance double acting o-ring energized seals designed for rotation guarantee an extremely long durability at constantly free movement - even under extreme conditions. We would like to stress that the easywash365+ elbow swivels are designed for a pressure of up to 350 bar and for temperatures of up to 150 °C. Due to its compact construction and the fact that it is maintenance-free the elbow swivel is not only the ideal swivel for ceiling booms but also for e.g. hose reels and high pressure cleaner. Furthermore, the easywash365+ elbow swivels are suitable for hot and cold water applications as well as for the mediums air, oils and greases. We have already introduced the easywash365+ lance holder with optional wall mounting bracket to you in our newsletter 03 - 2009. The fact that we can now offer you three different versions is very pleasant. Please have a look at them and decide for yourself which of these three lance holder entirely meets your requirements. We are convinced that at least one version is designed for you! As we do not want to loose anymore time we would like to take the opportunity to present the three available easywash365+ lance holder one after the other. easywash365+ lance holder with optional wall mounting bracket (105 620) »  This version replaces the previous lance holder 105 600. »  The lance holder is suitable for both floor and wall mounting and it is equipped with an integrated drain which also serves as lance-stop. »  The drain can be used for controlled water drain by attaching it to a hose. The water reclamation is effected subterraneously. »  The appropriate easywash365+ wall mounting bracket (105 625) is made out of a very robust and nearly twice as strong steel plate in comparison to the previous model 105 610. easywash365+ lance holder for wall mounting (105 630) »  This version is solely designed for wall mounting. »  The lance is put into the brush holder and the water can escape through the opening on the opposite side. »  The user determines the positioning at the wall. A diagonal mounting is recommended as this angle for laying down the lance is ideal. easywash365+ lance holder for floor mounting (105 640) »  This version is solely designed for floor mounting. »  The integrated drain which is comparatively big in diameter serves to reclaim water above ground. For this purpose a hose is attached to the drain. »  The possibility that the lance slides through the opening of the drain is ruled out. 02 Unloader ST-291 with convincingly technical specifications! The long endurance tests also in comparison with valves produced by other manufacturers have been successfully brought to a close. So the release of our construction team is there! As we do not want to withhold this convincing result from you any longer we would like to immediately introduce it to you. We are talking about a high-end unloader which is designed for max. 350 bar / 90 °C / 40 l/min. Moreover, the unloader is equipped with a thread for fixing it at the frame of your high pressure cleaner. There are two different versions of the Unloader ST-291 available - one with and one without an electric switch. The model without a switch can be easily retrofitted with it. This is unique and also reduces your stock! According to in-house statements the switch with protection class IP 67 which is used for this valve is "as water-proof as a submarine". As you see only quality counts! Unlike to other valves the switch does not come into contact with water or other mediums as it is mounted on the outside of the valve and mechanically operated by the piston rod. Heat exchangers in thermal power stations or conveyor pipes in the food industry are often sewers of 10 to 12 mm in diameter.
