DIN standard 3859 for the assembly of cutting ring screw connections In case that you want to construct stationary high pressure cleaning systems we would like to refer you to our selected assortment of components for the construction of high pressure tubes in our range of products. Please have a look at chapter 12 of our current catalogue, on page 153! Your safety is very important for us! Therefore, we would like to point to the assembly construction DIN 3859 (pdf-file) which communicates the following in the introduction: In order to ensure proper screwed tube connections, several basic prerequisites must be met in the assembly of all screwed connection systems. Improper assembly may lead to malfunctions and impair safety. We thank you very much for your attention and are at your disposal at any time. Quick coupling with plastic insulation ST-45-250 - the choice is yours if brass or stainless steel! Two versions for you! The new Suttner quick coupling Made in Germany with 3/8" F is available in brass nickel plated and stainless steel. The ST-45-250 is designed for the pressure range of max. 250 bar and the temperature range of 150 °C. The blue plastic insulation primarily serves as heat and push protection. The possibility of burning yourself is ruled out and the coupling is protected when it is inadvertently dropped. Furthermore, the coupling supports and improves the handling with the hose. 02 Nozzle protector ST-11 - coloured as Lego bricks. Choose your personal colour favourite! This new product has also been shown in a small glass jar on top of the reception bar at the fairs in May 2009. Hard to believe! These colourful plastic pieces attracted many visitors as they looked like coloured Lego bricks from far away. Many of them even expected something to eat - unfortunately, this isn`t the case! Those who hoped to get something to eat received a small bag of coloured gummy bears as consolation. The nozzle protector ST-11 is suitable for all nozzles with 1/4" M. Made out of plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 it is especially designed for applications in the food industry. Coloured as Lego bricks - available in white, blue, red, green, yellow, grey and black! The ST-11 is clamped undetachably between the nozzle and the nozzle sleeve. 03 ST-2750 - the lightweight among the 500 bar guns The development of the ST-2750 which is by far the lightest 500 bar spray gun on the market is really something to be proud of. The result: 640 g rife with power and performance! The ST-2750 is a spray gun made out of stainless steel designed on the basis of the ST-2700 and suitable for up to 500 bar. As the successor model of the ST-2705 this lightweight version is intended for all customers working with 500 bar who do not require a heavy spray gun usual in the market. There is definitely nobody who knows better than you which characteristics your spray gun should have. But, you can be sure that we have the one you need in our range! Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time, if there is something unclear. The ST-2750 is designed for maximum pressure cleaning applications with hot and cold water. A new valve has been developed for this gun which is easily constructed and permanently up to the operational demands of applications with 500 bar. Further convincing advantages are on hand! By means of the new valve technology the lightweight has an above-average long durability, the seal kit is easy to maintain and the total cost of ownership (TCO) are very low. ISSA/Interclean Central & Eastern Europe - successful joint participation together with atmos In the time from 13 to 15 May 2009 we presented our range of products together with our Polish trade partner, atmos akcesoria, at the ISSA/Interclean in Warsaw. With a very successful fourth edition ISSA/Interclean Central & Eastern Europe has confirmed its leading position in this part of Europe. Some 182 exhibitors from 25 countries presented their latest products and services to a global audience of cleaning professionals. Despite the financial tensions on the world market the number of visitors has significantly increased to a grand total of 2,811. The ratio of international visitors has risen to 23 percent of which a considerable part represents visitors from Central & Eastern Europe. "The figures show that ISSA/INTERCLEAN has taken the lead in the region", says Amsterdam RAI Product Manager, Hilke de Vries. The products of the product line easywash365+ especially designed for the car wash which convinces by its unique functionality was the focus of our participation. As hoped and actually expected the two completely new product lines, easyfarm365+ and easyfoam365+, have aroused the interest of many visitors. We are glad as first orders have already been placed with us. The numerous and targeted visits of many companies at our stand confirm that our company group gets more and more known especially in the East-European region. We thank you very much for the interesting and pleasant conversations on the spot. It was just great talking to you! In all probability we will be back again with atmos in 2011.

autopromotec 2009 - our joyful anticipation was justified After our return home we are looking back on a participation which gave much pleasure to us and met with great response. We have been on the spot in Bologna from 20 up to and including 24 May 2009 and are in the position to confirm the following figures given by the organiser in comparison to the last edition in 2007: The number of exhibitors increased by 2.8 % and the number of visitors records an increase of 2.4 %. Our stand equipped with many new products was well-attended. We welcomed many of our customers and had the possibility to get in touch with numerous potential buyers at our stand who could convince themselves of the high quality of our parts for washing-bays such as ceiling booms, car wash booms, swivels, lance holder and spraying units. Furthermore, our foam devices for the prewash of vehicles and the newly rotating brush lances have aroused the interest of many visitors. As the response of our participation was extremely satisfied, you can be sure that we will be in on it at the next edition of autopromotec 2011. 05 Have you already known? …that the patented LTF technology at Suttner spray guns just convinces every customer. Professional high pressure spray gun applications often take several hours without any breaks. According to the directives for liquid jet sprayers by the association of commercial and industrial workers' compensation insurance carriers a "dead man`s control" is imperatively specified. This means that the trigger of the spray gun has to be pushed during the complete period of application. A blocking of the trigger or to tie the trigger to the handle of the spray gun is strictly not allowed. In order to be in the position to work enjoyably over a longer period without a high expenditure of energy, the experienced engineers at Suttner have developed the patented LTF technology (Low Trigger Force). By means of a kind of drive this technology supports the user in opening the valve as well as in keeping it opened.
