R+M Catalog 2008-09 Our new R+M Catalog 2008-09 is available in English and German at the beginning of May. The French, Russian and Spanish versions follow in the course of the next 2 months. If you do not want to wait any longer you can download it immediately from our web site in german and english. 1,600 photos on more than 200 pages. In our new catalog all products are represented photographically for the first time. This change significantly simplifies your search and selection from about 20,000 parts of our product range. Furthermore, there are several exclusive new products presented in our new R+M catalog which have been developed by our engineers according to your requirements and needs. This news gives pleasure to everybody! The result is really impressive. Enjoy leafing through our new catalogue and get in touch with us in case of any questions.

Important gain - New Sales Engineer Mr. Dirk Niesen has been acting as our Sales Engineer since the beginning of 2008. His task is it to close the gap of information between you and our Department Research and Development. In very close cooperation with you and our Engineering Department we are convinced that your technical requirements are fulfilled more precisely than ever in future. Moreover, Mr. Dirk Niesen is also responsible for serving our key accounts. After his vocational training as a tool mechanic Dirk Niesen completed his degree in the field of mechanical engineering at the University of Paderborn. His main subject was product engineering. After having graduated successfully he stayed at the University for a time as he was involved in several projects dealing with gardening tools. Mr. Dirk Niesen is in fact not an unknown person to us as he worked at Suttner as the head of the Development and Engineering Departments at the end of the nineties. He was rated highly by us as he has a very profound expert knowledge. Before having the opportunity to come back to R+M / Suttner he succeeded to prove and optimise his professional store of experience as executive employee in another trading company also dealing in the cleaning industry. We are looking forward to having a long and successful relationship with Dirk Niesen. We are sure that you are the ones who profit from the new post in our group in the future.

With effect from today we are in the position to offer you further models of seal and nozzle kits suitable for pumps by Speck. We are taking much pleasure in presenting them to you. 03 New easywash365+ Car Wash Ceiling Booms The R+M standard and double ceiling booms being available in our range so far have been replaced by easywash365+ Ceiling Booms in the course of further developments. The cornerstone was the newly developed easywash365+ Ceiling Boom-Z model which enlarges our product group as additional version. We would like to stress that it is sometimes necessary to embark on a new strategy if there is a significant change regarding product requirements. You are the winner as you should be entirely satisfied with the results. All demands for the new version have been fulfilled or even surpassed. The three models are made out of stainless steel being equipped with an integrated high pressure hose and a professional swivel joint at the outlet. These products are immediately ready for installation. Due to the 2-ball bearings which are self-lubricating a minimum of maintenance is guaranteed. The easywash365+ Ceiling Boom-Z is especially designed for using 2 booms side by side. ISSA INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2008 - meeting point of the international cleaning industry For us it is not anymore a question whether we would be represented at the next edition of ISSA INTERCLEAN Amsterdam or not. Our participation at the most important exhibition in the cleaning industry is an absolute must. By having exhibited at the last editions of the above-mentioned fair we succeeded to get to know new companies which are now important customers of ours and contribute their personal share to our success. At this point we would like to take the opportunity to invite you to visit our stand 03.217 in West Hall 3. 05 Have you already known? …that you profit from the automatic lance machining at Suttner. Over the past four years the sales of Suttner lances doubled exceedingly. This is a significant signal for you being entirely satisfied with the lances` quality. Indeed we are not one the most reasonably priced suppliers in the market but this is not at all what we are aiming at. As you should know there are also differences in quality concerning „ordinary“ products. Threads at Suttner lances are not cut into the pipe but rolled onto the tube in a special process. By means of this drum procedure the number of dangerous lance breakages is significantly cut down. Positive effects: higher durability of the lances and an optimum safety for the user are guaranteed. We have got some good news. In order to satisfy the increasing demand for Suttner lances we invested into a fully automated assembly line for the machining of lances with moulded insulation. The bare lances put on a transport bar are carried to the injection moulding machine. A robot picks up two lances at the same time and brings them into the prepared machine’s tool. The newly moulded lances are then taken out of the tool by the robot. Afterwards the moulded lances are deposited on a device that is especially aligned for the newly lances for drying. After this the finished lances are automatically put into a storage container. By means of this fully automated production process it is realised that more than 2,000 lances in the lengths of 330 mm up to 2,000 mm are daily moulded in three shifts at constant high quality. In our opinion this development is sensational and you are the ones who are benefiting from it. The significant increases in price which we were confronted with on the raw material markets during the last 2 years are not completely passed on to you as they are compensated by such an intelligent investment.
