If not now when then? enlarge certificate It took quite long, but however the goal which we had set ourselves for this year has been successfully reached. We have succeeded in implementing ISO 9001. Our mark of competence and efficiency! During the long certification phase all processes were audited. In-house flows of work, competences and responsibilities have been scrutinised in the same manner as any processes, which regulate the smooth cooperation with you. This way we have had great success in optimising the quality of our business processes. Our dynamic management system makes it possible to coordinate our services with your needs and requirements. Your requirements are our strengths! Our entire team realises that the real purpose of implementing ISO 9001 is not to hold the certificate in our hands but to continuously improve the existing quality management system. Trust is good, control is better. You can rely on us as we have got everything under control. 02 Novelty - automatic spring-driven high pressure hose reels The trick in combining an assortment of products is to take up articles which come up to your expectations at the best. By taking up other automatic spring-driven high pressure hose reels we succeeded to enlarge meaningfully the variety of this product group and thus to close gaps in supplies. The new automatic high pressure hose reels are with immediate effect available with a capacity of 30 and 60 m. Their high-quality construction makes it possible to use them daily for applications in service stations, garages, in the agriculture and in the building industry etc. By means of fixed as well as swivelling brackets which we offer you for all models it`s a child`s play for you to install the hose reels in every place such as wall, ceiling, vehicle etc. An optionally available wall bracket enables a problem-free mounting of the automatic high pressure hose reels. Just as these models which are already in our range of products the „new ones” do also have a traction release. The new automatic high pressure hose reels are suitable for a working pressure of max. 200 bar and a temperature of max. 150 °C. 03 Swivel Nozzle Holder ST-330 - swivel it easily! Are we right in assuming that you have several times been cross about not being in the position to clean areas to your entire satisfaction which are very difficult to get to? We are talking about places such as containers (e.g. feeding troughs) and gutters. Our innovative solution for you is our swivel nozzle holder ST-330 which makes it very easy to swivel. This corrosion resistant nozzle holder is a technically first-class product completely made out of stainless steel which is designed for being assembled in high pressure cleaning devices. From now on you succeed in shifting the spraying direction by up to 240°. Moreover, we assure you that you are able to clean rough edges which you have never seen before. The spraying direction is set at zero pressure. The more the pressure rises the more difficulties you will have in turning the swivel. At an operating pressure of 60 bar the spraying direction cannot be shifted anymore - thus a safe application is absolutely guaranteed. Swivel it easily with effect from today! Our entire field service is all-the-year on the move in order to talk face-to-face about your feedback, proposals, and pros and cons of our way of doing business. Moreover, they familiarise you with our novelties taken up in the R+M / Suttner range. 360,000 km… this figure means travelling approximately 9 times around the world. And what about our warehousemen? Each staff member daily covers an average distance of 8,3 km in order to execute your orders with the greatest care and to prepare them for delivery in due time. The entire team working in our warehouse covers an annual distance of altogether 47,000 km i.e. they are walking more than one time for you around the world. This is no mean feat, isn’t it?
