We help you to boost your sales… The R+M RackSystem supports you to set a new course and you succeed to offer your customers a self-explanatory and attractive presentation of their products. You are invited to inspire your customers to buy your products. By presenting your range of products on the R+M RackSystem the probability of impulse buying is enourmously raised. It is proved that those products are bought which are immediately seen by the client. Best results regarding the sale of articles are achieved by offering them noticeably on a rack directly placed in front of the checkout counter i.e. in DIY stores. We are sure that it is even difficult for you to sometimes resist buying such an article while lining up for paying although you did not really intend to purchase it. By means of the R+M RackSystem it is very easy to provide a clear view of your range of products. You do not have to search for your products anymore, a prompt stock control is guaranteed and a lot of space can be saved. The R+M RackSystem is very light and it is arrangable without any support. There are not any products included in the consignment. You determine which product group is presented on the rack - it is completely up to you which products you finally focus on. Furthermore, we would like to inform you about the dimensions of the R+M RackSystem: 2 metre high, 2 metre wide and 57 cm deep. 03 It is getting hot now!...steam gun ST-4000 There are many kinds of applications for which a cleaning with steam is necessary. We would like to recommend to you our innovative solution: the Suttner steam gun ST-4000; advanced technology at a fair price. The Suttner steam gun ST-4000 is mostly the result of your requirements addressed to our engineers in the past. The new ST-4000 is designed for trouble-free applications with a working temperature of up to 200 °C and a working pressure of 20 bar at the most. A specifically produced valve housing made out of all-aluminium and high temperature seals guarantee a smooth and safe use under professional conditions. As the hose connection is located at the front of the gun an excessive formation of heat is avoided. This fact provides more safety for the user. Moreover, there is an integrated lance extension (500 mm) and a steam low pressure nozzle made out of stainless steel included in the consignment. Have we aroused your interest? 04 Fair dates 2007 Fair reports: autopromotec - a worthwhile participation for R+M / Suttner After having had two successful participations at the automechanika 2007 in Frankfurt and in Istanbul we displayed our convincing car wash range easywash365+ at the autopromotec in Bologna for the third time within only one year. It has been our first participation at the autopromotec from 23 up to and including 27 May 2007. Our products were presented at our own stand which covered 16 square metres. During these five days on the spot especially the new Suttner 2-component nozzle protector ST-10, our innovative car wash range easywash365+ and our range of ceiling booms aroused the interest of more than eighty trade visitors. Pleasing conversations and at the same time showing great promise for the future with prospective customers coming from all over the world prove that it was the best decision being represented at this exhibition. We will be back again at the autopromotec in 2009. In all probability we will choose a stand being located in the open air exhibit area. ISSA/Interclean Warsaw - fair presence by one of our business partners In the time from 20 up to and including 23 June 2007 we have been represented at the ISSA/Interclean Warsaw 2007 by one of our business partners. This fair took place in two exhibition halls and gains more and more in importance for the Polish and neighbouring market. More than 100 trade visitors stopped by the stand in order to inform themselves about the entire range of products and handed over their address for making contact. Even our products especially those suitable for the car wash industry have aroused the interest of many visitors. Moreover, we could state that the new hose reels which we offer you with effect from October 2007 produced great interest, too. We are proud that R+M / Suttner is already a well-known company to many visitors. According to the statement of several exhibitors the Polish market is an enormously growing market with a huge potential for the future. We are already considering whether you could visit us at our own stand in 2009.

05 Have you already known? …that life really begins at the age of 66. The name of our oldest customer with an enormous volume of orders is Manfred Streicher. The businessman who was born in the Black Forest on 18 July 1927 celebrated his 80th birthday yesterday. Our entire team is totally amazed at his way of doing business with his clientele in the German-speaking Switzerland. Mr. Streicher lives in Singen which is a city being situated in the federal state Baden-Wuerttemberg. Until 1993 he has been an ordinary sole trader of high pressure cleaners who carried out among other things the maintenance of such products. When others go into retirement at the age of 65, Manfred Streicher all the more gathered momentum. He sold his company in Singen to another trader and concentrated himself on establishing business relationships with Swiss customers who are supplied by him punctually with remarkable joie de vivre and to their entire satisfaction. Only last year he hired one employee in order to assist and support him in all affairs. As an energetic and very dedicated member of the local carnival association Manfred Streicher is also known under the pet name „Tyrolean Fritz“. As an excellent business friend of ours and a very good friend of the whole family we would like to express our admiration and to congratulate heartfelt on this birthday. Moreover, we would like to thank him very much for the long lasting cordial and satisfactory business relationship with him. We are looking forward to serving Manfred Streicher many further years and wish him all the best.
