Additional production hall for assembled hoses
Due to the lasting increase in sales of hoses during the passed years we have been confronted with a steadily growing production and storage space. It was only a question of time when we will reach our limit of storage capacity. This extremely positive development hit its highest level halfway through the year 2005. We have been using the so far rented production hall with further 600 square metres for production and 400 spaces for pallets for the commissioning of hoses since January 2006. After having made alteration work and installed a goods lift the hose production is executed in the basement.

Third hose production line put in operation
We have installed one more production line for hoses. The manufacture of the high-pressure hoses has so far been executed at two production lines, one for plastic and one for wire hoses. We have been using the third hose production line since November 2006. This fact enables us to increase our annual utilization from 1,000.000 metres to 1,500.000 metres by 50 %. By means of this investment we guarantee you a prompt and individual execution of your orders in the future; as your demands shall be our strengths.

Changes in the division of our field service
A steadily increasing number of regular customers require additional competent contact persons. We have reacted in order to assure you a more intensive customer service. That is why we have revised the division of our field service.

New field of activity for our sales consultant Bernhard Kessler

From the first of January 2007 our longstanding sales consultant Mr. Bernhard Kessler attends to customers in the German areas with the postal codes 6 - 8, 54 - 56, 93, 94 and in Austria.

Mr. Kessler was employed by KEW (Nilfisk Alto today) as a service technician for a long time. During this employment he was among other things responsible for the realization of technical workshops. The subsequently decennial employment with the company Stihl helped him to gain an insight into the sector of high pressure washers. Furthermore, he was involved in the setup of the high pressure area.

Your new sales consultant is Mr. Martin Krause

From the first of January 2007 our new sales consultant Mr. Martin Krause sees to customers in the German areas with the postal codes 0, 36 - 39, 90 - 92 and 95 - 99.

After his vocational training as a toolmaker Martin Krause completed his degree in the field of mechanical engineering. During his self-employment of more than ten years he gained extensive experience regarding low and high pressure applications. Our long lasting cooperation with Martin Krause guarantees you a contact person who is familiar with our wide range of products. This is the most important precondition to attend to you professionally.

02 New Generation of Coils

Your requirements made on us have been put into action; an improved quality at more favourable prices. We have been searching only for you for a long time and it was worth making the effort. During the passed two years we talked to several manufacturers of coils, long-time endurance tests were carried out and we finally entered into fierce price negotiations. With effect from today we have the right business partner who provides us with our new coils. All quality standards which were very strict have been taken into consideration and realized. The long experience of our business partner regarding initial equipment guarantees a maximum of quality. Moreover, the prices could be reduced by more than 20 % - which other supplier is in the position to announce such a reduction?

What has changed and how do the new models differ from the previous ones?

The new models only consist of 3 instead of up to 10 space struts between the inner and the outer winding. At the same time the space between the windings has been increased. By means of this increased space the coils have improved exhaust emission characteristics and there is sufficient space for cleaning between the windings. The wall thickness of all pipes is 2,3 up to 2,65 mm. All of them are suitable for an operating pressure of up to 300 bar and they are tested at 100 %.

03 Lance with new ergonomically swivel screw coupling

Due to inadequate optical characteristics there has been only an insignificant ask for this kind of spare parts so far. We have received this statement from our customers. This sight of the big and compact spray gun with a small hand screw coupling is a thing of the past with effect from today. We solved this problem by developing an ergonomic swivel screw coupling as a connection piece between our lance and the spray gun suitable for Karcher.

The new cylindrically swivel screw coupling is the result from your requirements placed on us. The new design offers a smooth transition from the spray gun to our lance. The hand screw coupling is made out of shock-resistant plastic and equipped with a brazen thread. The internal nipple of the hand screw coupling is made out of stainless steel. All components are rust-free and of first-class quality.

You have got the choice. Do you prefer the well known lance with vented handle elongated slot design (K2) or the ergonomic wave design (K1)?

23 - 27 May 2007

In the time from 23 to 27 May 2007 we display our products at the autopromotec in Bologna for the first time. The exhibit area offers eleven exhibition halls on a covered area of 100,000 square metres and an open air exhibit area of 10,000 square metres. There have been 1,107 exhibitors displaying their products manufactured in more than forty foreign countries at the autopromotec last year. On the other hand more than 90,000 trade visitors went to see this exhibition. The participation at the autopromotec is a good opportunity for us to make our wide product range known to many foreign customers. Fair report:
EIMA in Bologna – our products have aroused the interest of many professional visitors
Our participation at this year`s international agriculture fair EIMA in Bologna (Italy) from 15 to 19 November 2006 was a real success. This was our fifth participation being represented with our own stand at this fair which is of great importance worldwide. Our novelties as well as special components for cleaning applications in the agriculture have taken predominantly centre stage. More than 140 professional visitors were particularly interested in our new developed Unloader ST-290 with integrated Pressure Drop System and in our Suttner spray guns ST-2620 and ST-2720 suitable for high volume flows. As there is a growing demand for foam cleaning in the agriculture we offered professional solutions with the new developed foam injector lance ST-73, the Easy Foamer ST-5600 and with our foam unit Turn & Clean ST-5800.

Moreover, we found out that for more and more prospective buyers product quality as well as the company`s customer service are the deciding factors again regarding purchase and investment decisions. This is a real reversal of trend which comes up to our corporate philosophy. We earned a great deal of praise as many innovative ideas were realized by R+M/Suttner with great success. According to several statements this branch of industry is in general not very innovative.

The EIMA takes place every second year in the future and we have already decided that you can count on our participation in 2008.

Step 6 arrange for a one-time transfer of € 300.00 for the production of the tools needed for the label
Step 7 place an order with us for 250 labels and one packing unit spray guns (35 or 50 guns) without label.

The unit price per label is € 0.50. The price for the spray gun without label is your current purchase price minus € 0.30.
