Strengthening of our team Steady growth requires for additional measures. In order to optimize our service for our customers we increased the number of our employees from 34 up to 48 since 2004. During this year we strengthened our team by hiring five employees.

ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam - Mai 2006 Successful participation at ISSA/Interclean Amsterdam Our participation at this year’s ISSA/Interclean was very successful. Our new and innovative products aroused the interest of many visitors. The high number of prospective buyers substantiates that we have strategically taken up the right course. The ISSA/Interclean in Amsterdam will be the most important show for us in the future. The quality of sales talks was brilliant. The number of foreign visitors – predominantly from Eastern Europe and the former USSR states – is overrepresented. We came home with many interesting demands and now it is our task to do our homework in order to satisfy our clients requirements. Five general themes were chosen for the above-mentioned show: Foam and Low Pressure Systems, Car Wash, Highest Pressure, Hoses and Innovative Solutions. The new developed foam unit Turn & Clean ST-5800 and Easy Foamer ST-5600 were the highlights of the show. These are modules which combine different cleaning functions in one product. High pressure as well as foam cleaning, disinfection and rinsing. These products are mainly used for cleaning applications in the food chemistry, chemical industry as well as in the agriculture. However, also the new Car Wash program easywash365+ has aroused the visitors interest. We are glad that our customers watch out for high-quality and reliable products. Concerning the development of new products we get in touch with our business partners in order to have great success as regards the innovation. Our customers appreciate that we deal individually with their specific requirements. Individualization is our key to be successful!

03 easywash365+ With our new product line easywash365+ we offer you a complete system for the professional Car Wash range. As a result of long and intensive co-operation with the most well-known manufacturers from the Car Wash sector, we can offer high quality and innovative products made of corrosion resistant materials which convince by quality and easy handling. Here are some examples of our new product range easywash365+: Wall and ceiling booms with the appendant swivels. Ozone and chemical resistant high pressure hoses, variable in length and version. Patented high pressure guns and lances in stainless steel. Lance holder, brush holder or the peg for mats which are made of stainless steel. High quality brushes with theft protection. easywash365+ - the ultimate gun for the Car Wash industry The high pressure gun easywash365+ was specially developed for use in the Car Wash industry. Due to the patented LTF- technology (Low Trigger Force) the easywash365+ is ideal for professional permanent cleaning applications and the connecting units are manufactured from corrosion resistant materials. The high pressure lance is completely made of stainless steel. The extra long and shockproof insulation serves the protection of the vehicles and is variable in the length and replaceable. Advantages of the easywash365+: 90 % reduced holding force and 40 % reduced trigger force in comparison with usual market guns. The integrated freeze protection makes a trouble free use possible on 365 days a year, an exchange between summer and winter is not applicable. 04 Fair dates 2006 Automechanika in Frankfurt In the time from 12 - 17 September 2006 we exhibit our products at the automechanika in Frankfurt for the first time. The automechanika show is an international fair which presents workshop equipment, components and systems for the motor industry, electronics, care up to plans for environment and recycling. 80 % of the exhibitors and 40 % of the visitors come from foreign countries. On account of this international importance the automechanika also offers interesting possibilities. The highlight which will be presented by us is the new developed R+M Car Wash product line easywash365+. ISSA/Interclean Shanghai The ISSA/Interclean show is the biggest fair in the field of cleaning equipment which changes its venue between Amsterdam, Central and Eastern Europe, China, Mexico and the USA. As we are really enjoying a brisk demand for our new and innovative products from Asia, we are represented at the ISSA/Interclean show in Shanghai in the time from 20 - 22 September 2006 for the first time. Our principal aim is to get in touch with international customers and by this way to encourage the export trade into the expanding Asian market. About 70 exhibitors will display their products in the Expo, a state-of-the-art exhibition centre located in the Shanghai Hongqiao Economy Development Zone. EIMA in Bologna As the participation at the EIMA show has been a real success for us so far we exhibit our products there from 15 - 19 November 2006. The Bologna Trade Fair Zone will be hosting the new EIMA which, as of this edition, will be International and biennial. EIMA International is born big and will be presenting to the sector and increasingly specialised customers 20,000 models of machinery for agriculture, gardening and the agro industry, manufactured by over 1,800 industries worldwide. The exhibition will be held on an area of 180,000 square metres, with 20 pavilions. For further information please have a look at the web site www.eima.it

05 Have you already known? ... that products manufactured by Suttner save lives Suttner has been producing special fire guns under licence for the worldwide known manufacturer of fire-fighting equipment AFT for almost three years. The highlight of this range is the 2 phase gun IGLA which offers a throwing distance of up to 22 m. This project was a real challenge for Suttner`s production team as precision, easy handling and absolute reliability were strict demands for this product. However, Sutter has executed this task to the entire satisfaction of AFT. According to the comment of Mr Markus Buscher, General Manager of Suttner, we have made a contribution to save the lives of many people due to the excellent construction works and the precise manufacture. The AFT-products are used worldwide on the occasion of accidents, fires in houses and forests and precautionary as fixed equipment in fire engines, public institutions, hospitals, schools and kindergartens.
