First things first: We hope you are all right.
As a family business, it is particularly important to us to look after
our customers, business partners, employees and our entire environment.
That is why we want to be there for you and offer you perfect service at
all times - just as you are used to from us.
The COVID-19-Virus presents us all with enormous and daily new
challenges. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to assure
you that we will do everything we can to continue to supply you with our
products as usual. Therefore, we do everything in our power to be a
reliable partner for you even in these difficult times!
This is how we support you at the very latest:
- We work with the highest safety measures regarding hygiene in the
company and limit the contact to external persons almost completely.
- We are in close contact with our suppliers and logistics partners in
order to catch possible impairments and delivery bottlenecks early and
to be able to inform you promptly.
- From now on, we will work in two shifts throughout the company to
further reduce personal contacts and thus further minimize the risk of
infection and transmission.
- We are still personally available for you. Please contact us, we will gladly support you in all matters.
- In the time from 13:45 - 14:15 we allow ourselves a small telephone
time-out due to the change of shift. During these 30 minutes you will be
welcomed by a friendly tape announcement.
- Our sales representatives is still available for you by telephone. Due
to the current situation, we do not offer on-site consultation.
By taking the above measures, we do everything possible to maintain our
daily business and to protect all parties involved in the best possible
way. We thank you in advance for your understanding that the division
into two shifts may cause delays in processing requests or answering
