02 High pressure hose reels ST, SoST, STK and STKI - equipped with the new swivel ST-322 from now on! Our high pressure hose reels ST, SoST, STK and STKI are well-known in our industry for their robust and technically mature construction. This is the same with our elbow swivels ST-322 completely made out of stainless steel and especially designed for the integration into hose reels. In order to set new standards regarding durability, chemical resistance and function we have now combined these two products. The rotary passages are characterized by a high resistance to pressure as well as spacious and free cross-sections at the same time. The highly permissible pressures make a use with almost all common high pressure units possible. The spacious and free passes guarantee a best possible foam quality, especially when using medium pressure units with compressed air foam function in the food industry. The storage and sealing technology is outstanding. Contrary to usual swivels in hose reels these two decisive factors are now independent of each other in order to achieve a long durability. The radial bearing is given by an especially floating element and a two-part packing set is responsible for the sealing of the axle within the joint. In combination with the roller-burnished surfaces this guarantees an easy rotatability, low abrasive wear as well as a maximum permanent temperature of the medium of 120 °C. The nominal diameters stated under DN as well as the increased maximum working pressures are quoted in the enclosed data sheet. You can download it as a pdf-file. 03 easywash365+ wash brushes - large areas are completely clean from now on! By means of a very wide work surface of approx. 260 x 80 mm the easywash365+ wash brush is especially designed for the efficient cleaning of large areas such as railway carriages, tramcars, omnibuses, caravans, trucks, boats and ships, facades, greenhouses as well as vehicles, motorcycles and many more. Fine and extremely soft natural bristles with split ends ensure an especially gentle cleaning of sensitive surfaces such as windows and car finish. The solid body of the easywash365+ wash brush consists of 152 bristle bundles which are attached undetachably by means of multi-component synthetic resin. Our easywash365+ wash brush convinces all users working in the self-service foam- and prewash of an ideal and very easy handling. The soft coating of the body made out of thermoplastic elastomer demonstrably protects sensitive surfaces from damages. The inlet of the easywash365+ wash brush is equipped with a brass insert with 1/4" female thread which is fixed in the body. By means of an additional grub screw the high pressure lances available at self-service bays are safe from twisting and theft. Therefore, the grub screw needs to be screwed to the lance tube. Further fastening plates or protection against theft are not required. 13 outlet ports at the bottom of the easywash365+ wash brush enable the required water flow and guarantee a convincingly good foam quality at the same time. Targi Stacja Paliw - Warsaw, Poland After having had two successful participations together with our Polish partner atmos we decided to exhibit together again this year at the Targi Stacja Paliw in Warsaw. We are going to present our extended easywash365+ product line focused on professional car wash applications containing high pressure guns, nozzles, brush and lance holders as well as our swivels. Turning a special attention to our new high quality CARWASH COMFORT hose we additionally complete the exhibition portfolio with foam injectors and foam lances as well as with our perfect duo, the easyclean365+ microfibre cloths! | 05 Have you already known? ...that Suttner manufactures the lion`s part of our fittings.  On the basis of many years of experience and the continuous improvement in the field of assembled high pressure hoses within the professional cleaning industry all R+M / Suttner hose fittings are manufactured in our own turnery at Suttner in Leopoldshöhe near Bielefeld. Due to the wide variety of versions of the available embeddings and the process reliability essential for the preferably reasonable tailoring of hoses with a view to the continuously growing OEM business we realized that our high demands could only be fulfilled by a consistent manufacture through ourselves. Therefore, all high quality hose fittings also available in special dimensions, lengths and material are produced together with the appropriate crimp cartridges on fully automated single and double head machines partly equipped with electrically driven tools at short notice. Our standard range of hose fittings and the hose bend restrictors made out of elastomer and produced by our in-house plastics processing department are shown on the pages 102, 103, 104 and 105 (pdf-files) of our current catalogue.
