On page 192 of our current catalogue there are our super pads in six different colours. Please note that the colours stand for the hardness of the pads. The darker the harder i.e. white = soft - black = hard! The super pads which are suitable for all usual manufacturers are much thicker than normal ones. It is not allowed to repair hose assemblies Today we would like to provide you with the following information: Regarding the repair of hose assemblies we would like to refer to the European Standard 982 which defines safety-related demands on fluid-technical installations and on their devices. This standard explicitly determines the repair of hose assemblies for hydraulic joining technology. According to the EN 982 it is not allowed to manufacture hose assemblies from hoses which were used as a piece of a hose assembly before. Hose assemblies have to fulfil all requirements that are specified in applicable European and/or international standards. Instructions for storing given by the manufacturers of hoses have to be observed. Furthermore, the recommended period of use should be adhered to. Please note the following: As the EN 982 is a B2-Standard it has a quasi law-giving character. That is to say that this standard could form the basis for a judgment in law cases. This needs to be considered in case of claims for damages. We would like to thank you very much for your attention. Quality sets a precedent - high pressure equipment with report For your information manufacturers certificates are required for applications in explosion-protected areas. You can rely on us! We tell you why: You are supplied with high pressure hoses designed for applications in the ex zones 1+2 together with a test report according to the European Standard 10204/2.2 as there are specified limits for the electrical conductivity from one bonding to the other which must not be gone below. Each bonding is pressed specifically and the volume resistance is measured hose after hose. Due to the fact that these high pressure hoses have a higher resistance to corrosion they are bound with fittings made out of stainless steel. Apart from these high pressure hoses there are also electrically conductive sewer cleaning hoses available on the basis of the high pressure hose Flexy. In case that you need antistatic vacuum hoses please refer to page 183 of our current catalogue. Furthermore, we offer you a wide range of automatic hose reels which are suitable for applications in explosive areas. These hose reels have an electrical conductivity from inlet to outlet and an Atex approval for temperatures up to 100 °C in the zones 1+2 (gases) as well as 21+22 (dust) according to the European Community Directive 94/9/EC (Atex 95/100). 02 Brandnew in the range! easywash365+ lance holder and brush holder New things are always nice to have! We are pleased about having the opportunity to introduce two newly high quality products to you which enlarge the range of our wide and professional product line easywash365+ especially designed for the car wash. The easywash365+ lance holder replaces the previous lance holder 105 600. We succeeded to fulfil the wish of many customers as the new model now has an integrated drain. The appropriate wall mounting bracket is made out of a very robust and nearly twice as strong steel plate in comparison to the previous model 105 610. Please realise that the decisive factor for us is to primarily offer quality. We are anxious to meet your requirements and needs at the best. The second new product is the easywash365+ brush holder with overflow and drain on the side for cleaning. It is suitable for wall and soil mounting. Our recommendation! 03 Brandnew - Suttner spray guns with insulated outlet! We would like to thank you very much for having given us your feedback. Please bear in mind that all suggestions will be gratefully received in the future. The thing that was missing up to now was a heat protection as connection piece from the Suttner guns ST-2300 and ST-2600 to all lances with a big conical quick screw M22 x 1,5. We could be very proud of ourselves as we have done our homework with success. Look and see! With effect from today the models with the connection thread M22 x 1,5 of the spray gun series ST-2300 and ST-2600 are equipped with an insulating piece which offers a smooth transition to the ergonomic swivel screw coupling. First of all this connection piece made out of heat resistant plastic protects from burning. Moreover, it also has visual appeal - as this smooth transition looks like "casted". One could say that we succeeded to create a unit consisting of spray gun and lance. autopromotec 2009 - joyful anticipation of a successful participation After having had a successful participation at the autopromotec in May 2007 we immediately decided to be back again in 2009. The 23rd edition of one of the most important trade fairs for car maintenance and car wash takes place in Bologna in the time from 20 up to and including 24 May 2009. We would be glad if you would visit us one day at our stand D 14 in hall 36. We focus on showing all products which are designed for the professional car wash such as our highly enlarged product line easywash365+ offering ceiling booms, brush- and lance holders, swivels etc. Of course, we are really dying to make you familiar with our innovations and are convinced that they astonish you. The Cleaning Show 2009 in Birmingham - a participation which is worth it again and again! In the time from 10 - 12 March 2009 our British agency G&S Services was represented once again with an own stand at the Cleaning Show in Birmingham. The reason for displaying their products is that this participation is worth it again and again. Some of us from R+M / Suttner have also been there and noticed that the presence relating to the rented space decreased in comparison to the years before but they could also state that the exhibition was well-attended. We all agree that having been on the spot was very interesting and worthwhile for both companies. We have got into conversation with many customers and visitors and received several very good suggestions regarding new product developments in order to remain innovative in the future. We focused on introducing our new nozzle protector ST-11 in HACCP-conform colours made out of plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, the spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 - excellently chemical resistance! as well as the ST-2750 - the lightweight among the 500 bar guns. By means of these new products we have aroused the interest of many visitors. Many of them have already placed orders on the spot. 05 Have you already known? … that the housings of the spray guns ST-3300, ST-2725 and ST-3100 are made out of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to the regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. The Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs has been Europe-wide transformed into national law in the meantime. Expressed in simplified terms this directive stipulates from which materials articles have to be made out of that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The point is in particular that substances from plastic materials are transferred to the foodstuffs through contact which would change the composition of the foodstuffs and cause adverse health effects when eating them. We do the thinking - do not worry and rest assured! Therefore, the housings and further accessories of the Suttner spray guns which are designed for applications in the food industry are entirely made out of plastics intended to come into contact with foodstuffs according to the above-mentioned directive. We are talking about all versions of the models ST-2725, ST-3100 and ST-3300. They are characterised by plastic housings made out of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and also by a high functionality and performance. The following characteristics would justify when these products prove to be the industry standard in the food industry: ST-3300 with its flow rate of 100 l/min., suitable for max. 150 bar at low drops in pressure by an aerodynamic construction with large cross sections; ST-2725 / ST-3100 with an integrated delayed shut-off action.
