There is definitely no frustration when wearing R+M on one’s breast! Ladies and Gentlemen, Vreda B.V.B.A. has been a successful Belgian trading partner of ours for a long time. A few years ago R+M decided to support the bicycle team Vreda consisting of the family’s sons as a sponsor. At the beginning of 2009 Mike Vreys succeeded to win the championship title in bicycle cross - this gave pleasure to all of us. There are also two innovations presented to you. The powerful foam gun ST-2725 - also perfect for the woman’s hand - and the spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 are real highlights of this month. Furthermore, two new staff members are introduced to you and you are informed about our participations at international fairs in 2009. We are sure that you have pleasure in reading our newsletter. 01 News New staff members strengthen our Sales team - their faces to the telephone voices You often talk to our Sales Department on the phone a few times a day. As we would like you to know with whom exactly you are speaking, we are anxious to introduce our two new staff members to you. Mr. Matthias Kreutzer has been started to be trained as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant with wholesaling as specialisation since 1 August 2008. He is gradually leaded to all tasks which he entirely fulfils in future. So it may be the case that he answers the phone when you are once calling. He either puts you through to your responsible contact person or directly helps you with your request. Mr. Christoph Schuster replacing Ms. Lorna Arnold started to work for us on 1 October 2008. He attends to customers in several German postcode areas and to customers coming from The Netherlands and Greece. As an already trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant he knows his stuff and is a real practitioner so that he is without a doubt a competent contact person of yours at any time. c.schuster@rm-dewit.com We trust that you may have every confidence in our new staff members so that there is nothing to stop the pleasurable cooperation with you in the future. R+M as sponsor is pleased about championship title in bicycle cross There are many sentences coming from the big industrialist, Henry Ford (American, 1863 - 1947), which are still used today. In German the sentence we mean is the somehow drastically sounding rhyme “Wer nicht wirbt, der stirbt”. We could not find the English translation. Therefore, we try to circumscribe it for those who do not understand the German version. Henry Ford said that those who do not promote (marketing activities etc.), will die. In fact everybody knows that you do not really have to die when not promoting your products, but if so, it is definitely hard to win new customers. Promotion is a wide term consisting of many very versatile types and activities which can be carried out by a company. In general, there is a limited budget which can be spent for marketing activities of all kinds. Furthermore, it is very important that this budget is proportional to the size and the degree of familiarity of the company - that is our device. 02 Foam gun ST-2725 with integrated delayed shut-off action For which applications is our new foam gun designed which has been adapted to the customers` current needs and advanced according to the basic version ST-2700? The ST-2725 is especially suitable when large water flow rates are required and also for fixed pipes in medium pressure. Fields of application are the food industry, foam installations, cleaning of ships - in particular cruise liners - etc. The integrated delayed shut-off action shuts immediately but in a damped way thus reducing efficiently hydraulic shocks in pipe systems. By means of the LTF technology the gun is in particular suitable for continuous operation. The low trigger force, the compact design as well as the small weight suit it to be also perfect for the woman’s hand. The guns of the series ST-2725 are made out of a plastic which complies with the REGULATION (EC) No 1935/2004. 03 Spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 - excellently chemical resistance! You determine the time when our second advancement should convince you. Our recommendation: Do not wait too long, this is only wasted time! The spray gun group ST-2315 / ST-2615 is especially designed for applications when durability of gun valves at usual hp-guns is restricted by the use of corrosive mediums. Examples of use are prewash of cars, disinfection of stables, applications in the chemical industry, cleaning of railway locomotives etc. The standard tempered stainless steel balls and seal kits are replaced by a ceramic ball together with a seal kit made out of stainless steel V4A (AISI 316ti) which is especially high-alloyed and acid-resistant. Due to the extreme hardness of the ceramic ball it is very wear-resistant and also resistant to almost all acids, alkaline solutions, demineralised waters and solvents. ISSA Interclean Central & Eastern Europe - joint stand together with our Polish trading partner We have been represented at the ISSA/Interclean Central & Eastern Europe in Warsaw by our Polish trading partner atmos akcesoria in June 2007. As all R+M products which were displayed there have aroused the interest of many visitors, we decided to personally be on site this time. You are invited to visit us in Warsaw at our joint stand with atmos akcesoria booth number 1.200 in hall 1 in the time from 13 - 15 May 2009. Regarding the display of our products we particularly concentrate on the car wash sector. The focus will be our highly enlarged product line easywash365+. You can be sure that the new products convince by their unique functionality. Furthermore, there are two additional highlights waiting for you - in this case we are talking about two completely new product groups which are shown for the first time. autopromotec 2009 - joyful anticipation of a successful participation After having had a successful participation at the autopromotec in May 2007 we immediately decided to be back again in 2009. The 23rd edition of one of the most important trade fairs for car maintenance and car wash takes place in Bologna in the time from 20 up to and including 24 May 2009. We would be glad if you would visit us one day at our stand D 14 in hall 36. We focus on showing all products which are designed for the professional car wash such as our highly enlarged product line easywash365+ offering ceiling booms, brush- and lance holders, swivels etc. Of course, we are really dying to make you familiar with our innovations and are convinced that they astonish you. 05 Have you already known? … that you can verify the actual transit status of your consignment via UPS at any time. For sure, you have now and then asked yourself where the goods ordered from us are at present. Has the consignment already been handed over to UPS or when is it delivered? If you want you do not have to pose those questions anymore. The only thing you have to do is to notify your contact person at R+M that you would like to be informed after your shipment information has been transmitted to UPS and to give him your desired email address for this case. After that a notification of despatch together with a tracking number are automatically sent to you after UPS has been instructed by us. For your information there is one tracking number for each parcel. By clicking on these numbers, you are immediately informed about everything regarding your consignment.
