01 News Catalog 2008-09 - we aim at bringing it out error-free! We are slowly but surely in the position to state that we are quite experienced in making our catalog. Everybody who is well versed in this profession knows that it requires a lot of time and know-how. Every time we are anxious to print it without any mistakes. But, however we regret to note that also this time several errors have crept in there. We offer our apologies and would like to inform you that we have worked over all pages concerned on www.rm-dewit.com. The erroneous pages can be downloaded as one pdf-file so that you do not have to print the entire catalog again. We thank you very much for your attention and hope for your understanding. Prices of the new products in our catalog 2008-09 We are sure that you have already seen many of our innovative new products which are presented in our new catalog 2008-09. Before you might ask yourselves the question where to find the prices for these products we would like to draw your attention to the fact that they are all quoted in the supplementary price list 2008. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us in case of any questions. R+M / Suttner creates prospects For every company it is quite hard to find qualified, skilled and motivated staff members. In this case it is obvious that it is most efficient to give young people the opportunity to do a training at one`s own company. The training at R+M / Suttner is hold dear as companies can only be successful if their staffs are well-trained. Therefore, we attach great importance to a high quality of our business and technical trainings. R+M / Suttner has already engaged three apprenticeship training positions this year. Altogether there are three persons doing a business training and seven persons doing a technical training at the moment. Regarding business trainings Suttner offers to be trained as an industrial clerk male/female. Furthermore, it is also possible to choose between two kinds of sandwich courses i.e. graduating in business administration or to be trained as a Bachelor of Arts. Regarding technical trainings there are three possibilities offered by Suttner. It can be chosen between cutting machine operator m/f with turning as specialisation, process engineer m/f with plastic and rubber technology as specialisation and tool mechanic with mould construction as main subject. As a wholesaler R+M offers to be trained as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant with wholesaling as specialisation. Prerequisites for getting an apprenticeship training position at R+M / Suttner are excellent school leaving certificates, a high degree of motivation, the trait to be proactive and a team player as well as interest in technical and business tasks. By offering such versatile training program as above-mentioned we give lots of young people the opportunity to make their first step into working life and to discover their own potential. On the other hand R+M / Suttner succeeds to build up a highly qualified staff with which we can accept the challenges of the future. 02 blufood - the new standard We have enlarged our wide product range of hoses as we have a new highlight for industrial foam cleaning. This highlight is called blufood. The name already conveys how the hose looks like and for which fields of application it is suitable. Correct! The blufood is a blue hose which is especially designed for applications in the food industry (canteen kitchen, slaughterhouses etc.) and which entirely meets the characteristics of standard foam cleaning. The blufood is a five times coated PVC hose with a flush surface which is made out of materials with a high grade of thermal resistance. Furthermore, there is an enormous adhesion between the interior and the cover of the hose. Resistance is proved to fats, cleaning agents and usual disinfectants. The hose is suitable for the temperature range from -20 °C - +70 °C and for the pressure range of maximum 50 bar. Due to the characteristics such as abrasion and weatherproof, durable, flexible, cadmium-free as well as handy, blufood can be defined as the new standard for industrial washing applications. The blufood is the ideal supplement regarding our food hoses Foodjet and Galvanator. Which of these three hoses does meet your requirements best? 03 ST-9 - your personal vented handle in only 5 steps With effect from today we offer you the possibility to combine your personal spray guns ST-2300 and ST-2600 (data sheet) with your individual vented handle ST-9. It is suitable for all 1/4" lances and if required, a grip can be mounted on the side at any time. Furthermore, the vented handle can be pushed over the outlet of all Suttner spray guns so that both products form an aesthetic whole. In case of hot water applications the user is steadily protected. Do not loose time! Try to determine your favourite colour of your personal label and already start thinking about what you would like to have written on it or which emblem you would like to see on it. It is really up to you as you can give free rein to your creativity. We will certainly let your dream come true. By means of labelling your personal ST-9 you succeed in enhancing the product itself and also in making your company and brand better known. Get to your personal vented handle ST-9 in only 5 steps! Step 1 Determine your favourite colour. Step 2 Fill in the file with the label and return it to R+M. Please provide us your logo in one of the most common kinds of files (BMP, FES, GIF) and inform us about the typeface and type size which you have used. Step 3 Release the processed label in writing. Step 4 Arrange for a one-time transfer of € 300 for the production of the tools needed for the label. Step 5 Place an order with us for 240 labels and 1 packing unit of vented handles (80 pieces, R+M Nr. 200 009 051) without label. Have we aroused your interest? automechanika in Frankfurt, Germany - it is our second participation 61 % of the German exhibitors and 75 % of the European consider the automechanika to be the most important fair in the automotive industry. Moreover, the sector Service Station & Car Wash recorded the highest plus regarding exhibitors in September 2006. It is obvious that this plus was not achieved only by our participation. The decision to be presented as exhibitor at the next edition from 16 - 21 September 2008 was directly taken after the last automechanika. In September the focus will be on all products being designed for the professional car wash such as for example our product line easywash365+, booms, wash brushes, sprayers etc. One highlight will be the three different versions of the new easywash365+ Car Wash Ceiling Booms which have been presented to you in our newsletter 02 - 2008. 05 Have you already known? ...R+M celebrates a jubilee in October 2008. How time flies! The 1 October 1983 is indeed already 25 years ago. On this day R+M de Wit GmbH was formed by Mr. Bernd de Wit. As a real practitioner and at that time already an old hand at the high pressure business he was familiar with his customers` requirements and needs. His intuitive feeling for strict customer orientation and service turned R+M into an ever-growing company - with an export proportion of almost 70 %. We have been located in Heiligenhaus since 1995 and since then the number of employees was quadrupled. The most important decision in the history of R+M was made in 1997 when we took the opportunity to absorb our then supplier and manufacturer Suttner GmbH. Today we know that the success of R+M / Suttner is based on the advantageous combination of production and wholesaling. This is what we focus on - to the advantage of our customers who we supply with system solutions for professional cleaning - from one source, in the highest quality and individually tailored. Together with a total of 130 equally experienced and dedicated colleagues, we give our best each day. Here in Germany as well as in China, where our second subsidiary company, Global Cleaning, manufactures our Economy Line. Since 1 January 2006 R+M has been managed in second generation by Alexander de Wit. He is supported by his brother André de Wit - faithfully to the motto to consistently hone one's own skills and to dauntlessly face the future. This responsibility also applies for Suttner since May 2008.
